One of the geniuses of the last five centuries of Iran is the renowned philosopher and distinguished jurisprudent and Muhaddith, Mir Muhammed Baqir, known as Mir Damad. He is viewed as one of the brilliant stars of the Safawid era who was unique in terms of talent, power of perception, memory, and thinking and research capabilities. We can indeed consider him as the Ibn Sina of the recent centuries.
Unfortunately, in spite of this supreme station (he is considered to be the most knowledgeable and prominent of Mulla Sadra's masters), not many books have been written about him. In this book, the writer, Professor Seyyed Muhammed Khamenei, has almost extensively dealt with Mir Damad's biography, characteristics, and philosophical ideas.
